DRS. KREG & SHERI BOYNTON FINALIZE PLANS
TO RELOCATE DENTAL PRACTICE
TO WILSON ESTATES MEDICAL PARK
(Wichita, KS) – Combining the art of dentistry and hospitality, Kreg Boynton,
DDS, and Sheri Boynton, DDS, finalized plans today to relocate
their growing east side dental practice to Wilson Estates Medical
Park, a project of Laham Development Company located at Webb Road
and Wilson Estates Parkway. According to George E. Laham, II, president
of Laham Development, ground will be broken soon on the new building,
with completion projected for Winter 2003.
The husband and wife team currently office in
a 1,500 sq.-ft. building at 200 S. Rock Road, where they’ve practiced
since 1999. The new offices will be 4,200 sq. ft., nearly tripling
their space, with an additional 3,000 sq. ft. of space available
for lease. Currently the practice employs eight staff members with
plans to add an additional 3-5 after the move.
Continuing the development’s mission to create
a center for premier medical care, Laham said Drs. Kreg & Sheri Boynton will complement the patient focus of Wilson Estates Medical Park.
“Kreg and Sheri have built their practice on individual needs,
and the features of their clinic will reflect that,” he said. “Their
addition will continue to advance our goal to centralize in
one location the area’s preeminent healthcare providers.”
Located on Webb Road between the Grene Vision
and Moeller Dermatology buildings, the Boyntons’ clinic will feature
an open-air ambiance, a spacious reception area with picture windows
and a scenic landscaped view. A separate reception area for children
will offer books, toys, a television and age-appropriate videos.
The Boyntons serve a variety of patients from children to adults
to seniors, offering traditional dentistry, root canals, non-metal
fillings and cosmetic procedures. The practice also offers the
latest endodontic treatments, air abrasion and restorative dentistry.
According to Kreg, the new location will allow
the team to promote its emphasis on patient comfort, including
a variety of sedation techniques such as nitrous oxide, oral medications
and wireless headsets that allow patients to listen to music.
“I grew up in Hawaii so hospitality is very important
to me,” said Kreg. “With all new equipment and state-of-the-art
sterilization, we have truly combined the art of dentistry with
the art of hospitality. I think what people will notice most about
our office is our relationships with each other, doctors and staff.
I would not trade any one of my staff members for the most sophisticated
piece of dental equipment in the world.”
Sheri added that it was the quality of the development
that attracted them to Wilson Estates Medical Park. “We wanted
to be a part of Wilson Estates Medical Park because of George.
All of his projects are first class and he always finds a way to
exceed your expectations,” she said. “We also picked Wilson Estates
because the quality of the development reflects the quality that
we provide for our patients,” Sheri added.
Drs. Kreg & Sheri Boynton join
Mid-America Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Clinic; Christopher
Moeller, M.D.; and Oral & Maxillofacial Associates, all of whom have clinics currently under construction
at Wilson Estates Medical Park. Grene Vision Group opened its new
office at the Medical Park in June.
Designed for state-of-the-art healthcare and convenience,
Wilson Estates Medical Park will include up to 160,000-sq. ft.
of offices and as many as 12 buildings amid a spacious, campus-style
setting offering an array of healthcare services. In
keeping with the development’s patient-centered focus, each building
in Wilson Estates
Medical Park will be visible from a single loop drive, making all
medical offices accessible from one central roadway. A traffic
signal will be installed at Wilson Estates Parkway and Webb Road.
Wilson Estates Medical Park will feature abundant
green space and doorside parking, and will reflect the distinctive
architectural style of Bradley Fair and Wilson Estates with additional
masonry detailing. Strategically located near K-96 Expressway and
the I-35 Andover Turnpike, Wilson Estates Medical Park will be
minutes from fast-growing northeast Wichita neighborhoods, Bradley
Fair shopping center, the Hilton Garden Inn, and offices such as
Wilson Estates Office Park and Legacy Park. An adjacent Laham Development
project, Legacy Park – Wilson Estates, is currently home to Norris
Chiropractic, Pierson Dental, Wichita Clinic and Garozzo’s Ristorante
which opened in late June. Slated for future opening are Prairie
View and Renal Care Group.
Project architect for Wilson Estates Medical Park
is Shelden Architecture. General contractor is Eby Construction.
J.P. Weigand & Sons is the exclusive broker. Financing is provided by Stillwater National Bank.
