HAMPTON INN & SUITES TO BREAK GROUND IN REGENCY LAKES, K-96 AT GREENWICH
(WICHITA, KS) – TMH Hotels of Wichita has acquired a site in Regency Lakes to develop a 102 room Hampton Inn & Suites. Construction is scheduled to begin in March, 2008 and to be complete in about one year.
Hampton Inn & Suites is an ideal lodging product for the Wichita market, said Walter Brosch of TMH. Business and leisure travelers visiting the area will enjoy the same high quality service and amenities they have come to associate with TMH's Hilton Garden Inn at Bradley Fair. Brosch said they are developing the Hampton Inn & Suites to complement their Hilton Garden Inn. The two brands are sister hotels within the Hilton family and guests at both hotels will enjoy the benefits of membership in Hilton's HHonors frequent guest program.
Brosch said the award winning Garden Inn is often sold out and has to turn away business. With the addition of the nearby Hampton Inn & Suites, TMH can offer their guests the choice of essentially the same outstanding accommodations, and actually at a slightly lower price point. This is possible because the Hampton Inn & Suites does not have a full service restaurant like the Garden Inn or comparable banquet and meeting space.
What it does offer, like more than 1,400 other existing Hampton Hotels, is the new Hampton bedding package entitled "Cloud Nine, the Hampton Bed Experience." Since January 2004, Hampton has debuted new products and services ranging from complimentary On the House® hot breakfast and On the Run breakfast bags™, Purity Basics® bath products and a curved shower rod, complimentary high speed Internet access and the industry's easiest-to-set alarm clock/radio. This Hampton Inn & Suites will have too many additional amenities to list, but will include such benefits as 32" high definition LCD television sets in all the rooms and
microwaves and refrigerators in all the suites.

About Regency Lakes
With over 400,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, Laham Development’s Regency Lakes will be the largest shopping center in northeast Wichita when it is completed.
Built around a contemporary architectural theme accented by natural stone and common areas that include scenic landscaped waterways, the center opened in October 2004 with the 174,000 square foot Super Target.
The Hampton Inn & Suites will compliment the existing World Market and Chili’s Grill & Bar. Additional retail stores located between Super Target and K-96 are planned for the future.

"They have done a fantastic job with the Hilton Garden Inn at Bradley Fair and they will do a great job on the Hampton Inn and Suites. We look forward to having them at Regency Lakes". |
