WILSON ESTATES DEVELOPMENT
TO INCLUDE DIALYSIS FACILITY
(Wichita, KS) - Legacy Park - Wilson Estates, a Laham Development
project, today announced that Renal Care Group of the Midwest,
Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Renal Care Group, Inc., has
purchased land in Legacy Park on which it intends to build an
8,000 square foot dialysis facility. Legacy Park is located at
21st and Webb Road. Renal Care Group plans to begin construction
of a 16-station dialysis facility and expects to open the facility
by early 2004. Renal Care Group has other facilities located
in the Wichita area and a total of 14 locations in Kansas.
Dennis L. Ross, M.D., managing physician of Kansas
Nephrology Physicians, PA, which will serve as medical director
for the Legacy Park facility, noted, "We are pleased to expand our services in the Wichita area, offering state of
the art technology for our dialysis patients."

A project of Laham Development, Legacy Park -
Wilson Estates features 11 buildings with 110,000-sq. ft. of office,
retail and restaurants. Ground was broken in January 2000 on the
19-acre development. Laham Development recently announced the spring
2003 opening of Garozzo's, a Kansas City-based Italian restaurant.
Garozzo's will occupy a 6,000-sq. ft. Mediterranean-style building
southwest of Prairie State Bank. Legacy Park has office and retail
sites remaining, with announcements pending on those in the near
future. Wilson Estates is a 320-acre master-planned community including
residential, office, The Hilton Garden Inn and Wichita's premier
lifestyle center, Bradley Fair. Project architect for Legacy Park-Wilson
Estates is Shelden Architecture. J.P. Weigand and Sons is exclusive
broker for the development.
