GROUND BROKEN FOR NEW OFFICE PARK
AT WILSON ESTATES
(Wichita, KS) – Laham Development Company, developer of Bradley Fair and Wilson
Estates, announced plans today for a new 95,000-sq. ft. Class A
office park on 21st Street just west of Webb Road. Located between
Prairie State Bank and Alterra Clare Bridge assisted living facility,
the new 16-acre campus development which could include up to nine
buildings will be named Legacy Park - Wilson Estates.
Reflecting the Mediterranean architectural style of the entire Wilson Estates
development, Legacy Park will offer single and multi-story buildings
ranging in size from 5,000 to 60,000-sq. ft. Extensive landscaping,
pedestrian walkways and a possible water feature will accent the
upscale office environment.
According to Laham Development Company spokesperson,
Melissa Cohlmia, interest in the new development has already been
expressed. "There continues to be strong demand for Class A office
space in east Wichita," said Cohlmia. "With the 200,000-sq. ft.
Wilson Estates Office Park nearly complete, Legacy Park will provide
additional office sites for businesses seeking a quality campus
environment and the convenience of Bradley Fair restaurants and
stores."
